Are you sick of the crazy hours? Not enough time in the day to get everything done? This will be a very hands-on class where you will work through and find your specific superpowers, and then map out a blueprint on what tasks you will take off your plate so you can focus on selling more, or spending more time with your friends and family. We will teach you how to hire, train, and manage to hire an assistant from A-Z
