An RACM Members Guide to (COVID -19)

Dear Members,

In accordance with Governor Baker’s ban on public gatherings of over 25 people, all in-person trainings, events and classes through the end of April have been postponed until further notice.

During this period, all on site access, including lock box and Supra Key services will be by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, or resolve any issues or questions, please contact the office via phone or email. Members who schedule onsite access to RACM offices are asked to observe sanitary protocols including hand washing and social distancing. Thank you in advance for helping us keep our building tenants, staff and members safe and healthy.

Unfortunately, the Major Investor Cocktail Party, Awards Ceremony and Tech Fair must be postponed. Staff and Committees are already working behind the scenes to plan ahead and brainstorm how these events can be redeveloped.

All live CE classes through April 30 have been postponed indefinitely. During this time, staff is working on offering live webinar classes. In addition, members can access free, online classes that count toward required CE hours. If your license is expiring in the next few months, we suggest you take advantage of the online continuing education REALTOR® benefit. This will ensure that any class cancellations will not interfere with your license renewal requirements. Click HERE for step by step instructions for taking MAR Classes online for free.

We are postponing our New Member Orientation class scheduled for April 29th. We will be adding additional classes so stay tuned for details at a later date.

Monthly committee meetings will be held remotely. Committee members will receive updates with call-in instructions from Committee Chairs and staff liaisons.

Please continue to check RACM’s Website for updates on scheduling and new remote educational opportunities. We also recommend you review NAR’s Corona-virus Guidance for Realtors® and a message from MAR’s President, Kurt Thompson HERE.

As REALTORS®, we know you are being called on to answer hard questions from clients during this time of unprecedented challenge. We are committed to providing you with accurate and current information to help you minimize business disruption as much as possible. Please remember that your health comes first!
